I'd like to introduce the newest member of my family, Moose! Moose is a white/yellow lab, and is currently 7-weeks-old. He's a smart little fellow, and is, for the most part, a good boy.. although he can be a bit of a handful sometimes (like when I am trying to take a decent picture of him, for example..) And I think his cuteness goes without saying!
When I was younger and I went Trick or Treating, I did some pretty messed up things that I, now, can't believe I did.
I generally went to at least one Haunted House a year (hey, there was one right across the street.. might as well), and I guess one year I decided I had enough of being scared.... I didn't stop going to them. No, I decided to take a different approach..
Flashback #1: Here I am dressed as a little old lady with huge boobs, sporting a curved cane -- an unaltered stick that made an absolutely perfect cane -- and I entered the haunted house (well, yard.. maze.. whatever), worrying about what was going to pop out at me.
I was a cute kid. Yes... very cute. I think it's safe to say that none of those people were expecting to get whacked with my cane when they jumped at me. Nor did they expect death threats that consisted of "I'll get you and your little dog, too! Hahahha."
And I had my cane at the ready when I reached the end of the maze and approached the keeper of the candy --- the witch --- I didn't hit her because hell, I wanted candy (and I am pretty sure that I knew who she really was.. but she still scared me a little.) However, I wasn't taking any chances so I kept my cane pointed at her the whole time, in case she tried anything funny; and then, as I was leaving, I told her I was going to get her and her little dog, too... just to show her I meant business
Flashback #2: Several years later, I guess you could say I still had my pride. And by that I mean, I still didn't want to be scared. This time, I had no weapon... but I didn't need one. It turned out I had super human powers and could defeat monsters merely with my hands! Dun, dun dun. :O
Anyway --- As I was walking through the maze, a boy decided it would be fun to jump out at me from a grave and scare me. I decided that it would be more fun to push him back into that grave. Haha. ... I was asked to leave the Haunted maze a few minutes later. :(
Flashback #3: Don't believe in karma? Well, about 7 years ago a youth group I was involved with decided to create a Haunted House. I played a vampire that would pop out at people from a coffin. I succeeded in scaring a lot of people, but there were some major jackasses that I had to put up with. I wanted to punch a few of them in their faces, but I WAS in a church, so I resisted.. haha.
If you could only save one thing in a house fire (thing, not person), what would it be and why?
Submitted by donnunn.I would save my Ferrets. I couldn't just choose one to save and I really wouldn't have to since they're all in the same cage. I would grab them, put them in that travel cage (which is right by their cage) and get them out.
If you had a band, what would you call yourselves?

If you could be on any reality TV show, which one would you pick and why?
I would pick Big Brother because I feel it is the one I could do the best in. I am very good at remaining level-headed in that type of situation. These people are locked away in house. They have not contact with the outside world, and I never really saw that as being difficult because I'm quite the loner anyway, and I never get bored. I am the inquisitive type and I'm constantly thinking about things. I can entertain myself on thoughts alone. So yeah, boredom and insanity wouldn't be an issue. I would be able to focus on the game and not be distracted by other crap.
I have good judgement and am pretty good at knowing the right thing to do and the right time.
When it comes to food, I tend to like food that other people find repulsive. Am I the only one that thinks slop actually looks good?
I am both physically and mentally able, and you definitely need skills in both if you want to last.
I would love messing with the other people's minds and finding weaknesses and then using them to my advantage.
And last but definitely not least, I am a very competitive person who likes to win.
P.S. Why do I always feel like I'm writing a school paper? ;(
... You're allowed in a church?Better yet, you don't automatically burst in flames upon placing one foot inside the building? read more
